Seaquence, in the browser, before every port call.

Seaquence is a web application for shipping companies and ship managers. The buyer is the company, the users are the master and the crew. It runs in any current browser, with no installation on board.

What you get

• Port and agent templates. Upload the Excel file you received, in whatever layout it comes. Seaquence fills it and hands it back in the original format.
• IMO FAL 1 to 7 as PDFs on the official layouts.
• Original files filled in place. .xlsx, .xls and .xlsm with dropdowns, sheet protection, macros and formatting preserved.
• A fill rate on every document before it leaves the ship. Open fields are visible, so nothing goes out unchecked.
• One procedure for the whole fleet. Enter once, fill, check, send. On every ship, whoever is on watch.

Data protection built in

• Passport and birth data are encrypted field by field. The key is held by Seaquence.
• Database in Frankfurt am Main. Each account has its own data room.
• Personal data is never sent to a language model.
• ISO 27001 certification is in preparation with an external consultant.
